Eligibility: This promotion is open to applicants who meet Velocity IoT’s qualification criteria. To participate, applicants must complete the registration form in full. A Velocity IoT sales representative will contact applicants to conduct the qualification process. Eligibility requires that applicants purchase SIM cards from a Velocity IoT authorized distributor and reside in a country covered by the network footprint of our Flex Plans (see coverage here). Proof of purchase may be requested.
Promotion Offer: Eligible participants will receive a discount code from a Velocity IoT sales representative upon qualification. This discount code must be applied to the participant’s account during registration. Once applied, the participant will receive a $30 credit that can be used toward cellular data charges across three billing cycles. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the third billing cycle and will no longer be available. SIM cards are not provided by Velocity IoT as part of this promotion and must be obtained from an authorized distributor.
Credit Card Requirements: A valid credit card is required for onboarding as part of the registration process. This credit card will be used to bill any applicable charges once the credit value is reached or the credit voucher expires.
Participant Obligations: Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration and qualification process. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of any benefits.
Use of Customer Data: By participating in this promotion, participants agree that Velocity IoT may collect, store, share, and use personal information provided during the registration and qualification process. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, phone number, and email address. Velocity IoT will use this information to administer the promotion, provide updates, and for marketing purposes. Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal information.
Changes and Cancellation: Velocity IoT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Velocity IoT will notify participants as soon as possible.
No Guarantee of Availability: Velocity IoT reserves the right to refuse the provision of the promotional credit to any applicant, at its sole discretion, without the need to provide reasons. Availability is not guaranteed for all applicants.
Limitation of Liability: Velocity IoT is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants, nor for any technical failures, or for any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this promotion.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Velocity IoT operates. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the promotion, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
